Job stress is a problem in Industries due to the practical of human resource in the organization, due to the work load, illness and also proper training about that work.
Stress is a any physical or Psychological event perceived at being able to cause harm or emotional distress. Responding to stress in a way that reduced the threat and its effects include what a person deal, feels, or think in order to master, tolerate or decrease the negative effects of a stressful situation. Stress is a failure of worker to report for work when he is scheduled to work. It also a dynamic process in the individual.
Stress was assessed using questionnaire among the workers. The sample taken was 100. The data was analyzed by simple percentage method, weighted average method and rank correlation. Based on the result conclusion were drawn suggestion were made.
